Juan Félix Navarro-Grau Valderrama
Founder & Principal Shareholder
He brings a solid track record in business leadership and investments across commodity logistics, real estate, information technology, and social and family impact.
He serves as CEO of Agroindustrias Osho SAC and Agroindustrias Horizonte Verde SAC, and is a shareholder of Consorcio Minero Horizonte SAC. He adds over 15 years of business consulting experience across mining, fishing, banking, insurance, and industry.
His approach integrates returns with purpose, promoting investments aligned with ethical principles and sustainable value creation.
Alberto Caicedo Pinto
Partner
Alberto brings 31 years of experience across the Peruvian, Ecuadorian, and American business arenas, advising and incorporating foreign companies establishing themselves in Latin America and the United States.
Over the past 5 years he has specialized in Florida real estate investments — from land sourcing, architectural design, and construction through development and sales. He is a director of ACP Enterprise and CEO of Ribas & Ribas Arquitectos, A10 in the USA, and Interinvesment Realty.
